What a beautiful morning in Newcastle Under Lyme. 😊☀️ Bloxwich had 2 teams out in force, our Black and White Bears.
Black Bears results as follows:
Game 1- Bloxwich 0 2 Newport
Game 2- Bloxwich 0 0 Lichfield
Game 3- Bloxwich 1 2 Cannock 2 (Elliott)
Game 4- Bloxwich 2 1 Cannock 1 (Elliott, Oliver)
Game 5- Bloxwich 2 1 North Staffs 1 (Hattie 2)
Game 6- Bloxwich 0 2 North Staffs 2
All the team played well, although with no subs and being a sunny day, a lot of energy was needed to push them through!
Elliott was his usual calm self, making some strong tackles and getting into really good positions. Esme made some good passes to her teammates. A big thank you to Oliver for changing teams last minute! He made some good connections with his teammates, had lots of shots on goal, and managed to get one in the back of the net! A big shout out to Hattie, who played in her first tournament and was an amazing support to her fellow teammates. She made some good moves with the ball and communicated well.
